Nancy S. Hamme

Nancy S. Hamme Nancy Solas Hamme was born Nancy Arogante Solas in Quezon City, Philippines on September 9, 1968. She spent most of her life with her family in Tiwi, Albay, Philippines. She attended college at Aquinas University and later at Immaculate Conception University, earning degrees in chemistry and nursing. She spent most of her adult life in church planting ministry with Christian Revival Crusade.
On May 3, 2011, Nancy emigrated to the United States, and married Joel Travis Hamme on June 4, 2011, in Pasadena, California. They spent most of their married life there. Nancy became a naturalized citizen of the United States on November 17, 2015. She died at home in Pasadena, surrounded by loving family members, on July 1, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Vergella and Vicente Solas, and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Joel Travis Hamme, her brother, Eduardo Rempis, and three sisters, Maria Victoria Solas, Lennie Mosier, and Aurora Solas.
There will be visitation for Nancy from 6-9 pm, Monday, July10, at Cabot and Sons Funeral Home, Pasadena, California. Her memorial service will be at 2 pm, Tuesday, July 11, at Cabot and Sons funeral home, Pasadena, California. She will have a second visitation on Thursday, July 13, from 5:30-6:30 pm, at Danner Funeral Home, Abilene, Kansas. She will be laid to rest in Keystone Cemetery, Manchester Kansas, on Friday, July 14, at 10:30 am.
