Ruby F. Law Hugg
Ruby F. Law Hugg, 93, passed away Wednesday, March 27th, in Abilene. She was born July 27, 1919 in Tuscumbia, Missouri, the daughter of Oscar E. and Agnes (Bell) Kallenbach. Growing up in Hill City, Kansas, she attended local schools, graduated from Hill City High School and attended Emporia State Teachers College, earning her Teaching Certificate. On July 20, 1942, she was married to Dixon Law. The early years of their married life were spent in San Fransisco before moving to farm in the Longford Community. He preceded her in death November 11, 1967. On March 6, 1976, she was married to Herman Hugg. The early years of their married life was spent in the Longford Community before moving to Talmage in 1980. He preceded her in death April 19, 2001. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gene Law, 2 granddaughters, Faye Evelyn Law and Tanya L. Law, a great-grandson, Joseph Ryan Morran, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She was a member of the Abilene First Christian Church.

Funeral Services will be held 1:30 P.M. Monday, April 1st, at the Abilene First Christian Church with Rev. Jason Kohler officiating. Interment will follow in the Keystone Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 31st, at the Danner Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials in her name be given to the Sterling House or Hospice of Dickinson County. They may be left at the church the day of the service or left at or sent in care of the Danner Funeral Home POB 758 Abilene, Kansas 67410.
